These Website Terms of Service (the “Terms“) govern your use of the website located at artemissecurity.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the “Site“), operated by Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. (“Artemis,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Artemis product or services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or order form between Artemis and the applicable customer. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, documentation, and software — is owned by Artemis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Artemis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted.
The Artemis name and logo are trademarks of Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;
- reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any connected network;

You represent that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.
5. AI-Generated Content
Portions of the Site may include content generated or summarized by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, security, compliance, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment or for evaluation of the Artemis product. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. ARTEMIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARTEMIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ARTEMIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ARTEMIS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artemis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Changes to These Terms
Artemis may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artemis concerning your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Artemis’s failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without Artemis’s prior written consent; Artemis may assign them without restriction.
