These Website Terms of Service (the “Terms“) govern your use of the website located at artemissecurity.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the “Site“), operated by Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. (“Artemis,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). The Site is provided solely for your own use. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Site is expressly conditioned on your compliance and consent with these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Site.
Use of the Artemis product or services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or order form between Artemis and the applicable customer. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, along with such other policies of which you may be notified by us from time to time. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You further represent and warrant that: (i) you will access and use the Site in compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules, or regulations and the terms and conditions of these Terms; (ii) you have all consents, rights, and authority to provide and submit any and all information and content submitted by you, and all such information and content (a) are true, accurate, current, and complete, and we may rely on such information and content; and (b) are not meant to harm us or any third party.
2. License and Intellectual Property
“Content” means any information, data, text, photos, graphics, logos, product names, documentation, software, or other materials, in static or interactive form, provided or otherwise made available through the Site. All Content is owned and/or licensed by Artemis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Artemis retains sole and exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest in the Site, the Content, and all intellectual property rights relating thereto, including, without limitation, issued patents and pending patent applications with respect to the Site, the Content, and the technology related thereto. Artemis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes only. No other rights are granted. You are prohibited from using, including, without limitation, copying or making any alteration of or derivative works based upon, the Content for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under these Terms. This section shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter.
Any and all trademarks, service marks, product names, and trade names of Artemis appearing on or through the Site are exclusively owned by Artemis or its affiliates. All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and logos appearing on or through the Site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use or display any trademark, service mark, product name, trade name, or logo appearing on the Site without the owner’s prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;
- sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, make available, rent, or lease the Site or any Content for any commercial purposes, or make any Content available on any other platform or for the benefit of any third party;
- reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission;
- transmit any illegal, immoral, unlawful, or unauthorized materials, or interfere with or violate users’ rights to privacy and other rights, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about users without their express consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any connected network;
- use automated tools (scrapers, bots, spiders) to harvest data from the Site, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks connected to the Site;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site or any software made available through it, or simulate or derive any source code or algorithms from the Site;
- use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, state or imply that Artemis endorses you or your products or services, or make, publish, or distribute false, misleading, or inaccurate statements or content about the Site.
4. User Submissions
If you submit content through the Site (for example, via a contact form, comment, demo request, or feedback channel), you grant Artemis a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purposes of operating the Site, responding to you, and improving our products and services. You represent that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.
5. AI-Generated Content
Portions of the Site may include content generated or summarized by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, security, compliance, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment or for evaluation of the Artemis product. Artemis does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, or for any products or services offered on or through those sites. You acknowledge and agree that Artemis is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources. We recommend that you be aware when you leave the Site and that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each website that you visit.

ARTEMIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA AND CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE DEVICE, OR DATA STORED THEREON, IS SOLELY YOURS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARTEMIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OR IMPROPER USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ARTEMIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ARTEMIS MAY CHANGE, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR FEATURE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY TO YOU WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
ARTEMIS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artemis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising directly or indirectly from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use or attempted use of (or inability to use) the Site; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any right of any third party; or (e) any other matter for which you are responsible hereunder or under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Artemis may modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site. At all times, the latest version of these Terms shall be binding and shall prevail over any prior version.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artemis concerning your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Artemis’s failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without Artemis’s prior written consent; Artemis may assign them without restriction.
