Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. (“Artemis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-native cybersecurity SaaS company headquartered in New York, in the United States. We are committed to conducting business ethically, lawfully, and with respect for human rights across our operations and supply chain.
This page sets out who we are — our mission, our vision, and the values that guide how we operate — together with our public statements on modern slavery and child labor. Our modern slavery and child labor statements apply to Artemis Global Technologies, Inc. and all of its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers. We review them at least annually and update them as our business and supply chain evolve. The most current version will always be posted on our website (artemissecurity.com).

The following values guide how we operate, how we build, and how we treat our customers, partners, and each other:

These values extend beyond the products we build to how we source, partner, and operate as a business — including the commitments set out in the statements below.
5. Modern Slavery Statement
Artemis has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labor, bonded labor, involuntary servitude, and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chain.
Our business and supply chain. As a software-as-a-service company, our supply chain consists primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional services firms. We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain to be low; however, we do not treat low risk as no risk, and we take the following steps to identify, prevent, and mitigate it:
- We conduct due diligence on suppliers as part of our vendor onboarding and review process, including consideration of human rights and labor practices.
- We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws prohibiting slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act, where applicable.
- We expect our suppliers to hold their own supply chains to the same standards.
- We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any supplier found to be engaged in modern slavery practices.
Our people. All employment at Artemis is voluntary. We comply with all applicable wage, working-hours, and employment laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate. We never withhold identity documents, charge recruitment fees to workers, or restrict freedom of movement.
6. Child Labor Statement
Artemis prohibits the use of child labor in any part of our business or supply chain. We do not employ any person below the minimum legal working age in the applicable jurisdiction, and in no event do we employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where permitted by ILO Convention No. 138 for developing economies). We do not employ persons under the age of 18 in hazardous work.
We are committed to upholding the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, ILO Convention No. 138 (Minimum Age), and ILO Convention No. 182 (Worst Forms of Child Labour). In support of this commitment:
- We verify the age and eligibility of all personnel through standard employment screening as part of our hiring process.
- We expect our suppliers to prohibit child labor throughout their own operations and supply chains, and to maintain age-verification procedures for their workforce.
- We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any supplier found to be using child labor.
7. Governance and Training
Responsibility for these statements and for our ethical sourcing practices rests with Artemis’s management team. Our personnel are required to act in accordance with our internal code of conduct and related policies, which address ethical business conduct, and to report any concerns regarding unethical labor practices.
8. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone — employees, suppliers, customers, or members of the public — to report any concern about modern slavery, child labor, or other unethical labor practices connected to our business or supply chain. Reports may be made to us at contact@artemissecurity.com. Reports may be made anonymously, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
